Frederik Lundelius

Founder, personal trainer, and nutritionist

Frederik has a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Kiel, Germany, plus fitness trainer and endurance trainer licenses.

He works as a HYROX class trainer and brings experience from gym training, football, running, HYROX, and American football.

His coaching combines hands-on training experience with evidence-informed nutrition and sustainable habit work.

Jaqueline Raineri

Psychology support

Jaqueline has a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen and works in psychological research.
